Job Description
The Children’s Advocacy Center seeks a part-time experienced After School Counselor for children with special needs. Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the Counselor is responsible for overall day-to-day group programming, discipline, direct supervision and management of an assigned group of children in a licensed child care/day camp facility as assigned by the Program Director. Ability to relate to children ages 3-22, and conduct age appropriate organized activities. Hours are Monday thru Friday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Qualifications
* Adult/ Child CPR certified
* First Aid Certified
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 years exp in program area
* Minimum age 18 years or older
