Getting kids reacquainted with fun and fitness is the goal of YFit. YFit engages our kids in a full hour of high-quality moderate to vigorous physical activity in a safe environment. Students will learn about nutrition education and creating life-long healthy eating habits. YFit utilizes the SPARK evidence-based physical activity curriculum to create positive physical activity experiences for every child. YFit meets the four Sunshine State physical education standards.
