The Y Gymnastics is a program designed to teach self-expression, enhance self-confidence and self-esteem through creative movement in a safe, fun and positive learning environment. Classes are geared to the individual learning differences of each child enabling them to develop to their own ability level. Classes meet year-round on an 8-week schedule. The child’s age and skill level determine the recommended number of classes per week. All classes follow the National YMCA Gymnastics programs and are conducted in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere by certified instructors.
