Come Learn to
Swim at the Y!

• The YMCA follows the YMCA of the USA aquatic program guidelines and curriculum.
• All classes for parent/child and preschool swim lessons are 30 minutes long.
  All youth and adult swim lessons are 45-minutes in length.
• Every session includes 8 lessons.
• Make-up classes will be held on Fridays arranged by the Swim Instructor.

Private SWIM Lessons

Quality private and semi-private swimming instruction is also available for ages 3 years old and up. Lessons are taught in a 1:1 or 1:2 instructor to student ratio. Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual student’s needs and goals. Flexible appointment times are available.

Private Lessons (FIVE 30-MINUTE LESSONS)

Cost: $140 Members, $225 Non Members

SEMI-Private (SIX 30-MINUTE LESSONS)

Cost: $225 Members ($113 per person), $305 Non Members ($153 per person)

Group Lessons

Parent/Child (6-36months with Parent)

This course is designed to enhance self confidence,emphasize water safety and develop a sense of comfort andfamililarity with the water.  It is taught through group instruction utilizing songs, games and other fun activities. Children work on basic movement in the water while being supported by the parent. This course introduces new skills when the parent and child are ready to learn. Children that are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.

Pre-School (3-5 Years Old)

Give your Preschooler an opportunity to gain water safety skills and self confidence in the water.

Youth (6-11 Years Old)

Basic Introduction to Basic/Intermediate Swimming Skills and Stroke Development.

Adult/Teen (12 and Older)

This course is designed to develop basic swimming skills or build upon current swimming skills for stroke development. The instructor will personalize the course to meet each individual’s swimming needs and goals.
