COST: Free for members, $5 non-members
Come join the nations’ leading fitness program for older adults. This popular, fun-filled program is designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities of daily skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated or standing support. This program is open to all members.
