Y-KIDS program provides a variety of activities for kids 6-12 including: after school program, winter, spring and summer camps, art & music classes, fun days and family nights more.

Youth Fitness

Kids Yoga:
This class introduces breathing techniques, meditation, animated poses and basic stretching.

Ages: 6-12
Days and Times: Mondays 4:30 - 5:15pm
Cost: Members $45.00 Non Members $60.00

Kids in Motion Dance and Fitness:
This fun filled energetic dance class infuses all styles of dance giving children the fundamentals of movement, musicality and rhythm. Every child is born with the innate ability to move and grove…watch them learn and grow with us.

Ages: 3-6 years old and 7-10 years old
Days and Times: Wednesdays 4:30 -5:30pm

October 12th - November 2nd
November 9th - November 30th
December 7th - December 28th

Cost per session: Y Members $45.00 Non Members $60.00

KIDZ CLUB After School Program

Where Kids Count

This program offers:

Transportation from local area schools
Homework time and assistance
Incorporates Y core character values; caring, honesty, respect and responsibility
Theme days
Fitness, Sports, Arts & Crafts and more …

Transportation
The Y will provide transportation from the following schools: Riverglades, Park Trails, Heron Heights, Eagle Ridge
There must be a minimum of five children per school to provide transportation services. Children from all schools are welcome to attend the program if personal transportation is provided.

Homework Time
All participants will have 30 minutes to work on homework each day. Our Staff assist (1:15 ratio) daily.

Fitness
As part of the Y’s mission to build healthy spirit, mind, and body; children will participate in games, sports and physical fitness challenges designed to keep them active. The fitness portion in the KIDZ CLUB will run two times per week for 45 minutes, in addition to our regular recreational games and activities.
Pre-registration is required.

Guides

YMCA Guides and Princesses programs are designed to provide fathers with the opportunity to spend quality time with their sons and daughters. Children ages 5 - 13 participate in monthly group activities with their fathers. Activities include campouts, canoeing, sleepovers, fishing trips, bowling, derby car races, outings and special events.

When School is out the Y is In!

Children ages K-5th grade have a great time participating in sports, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, fitness activities and more! Please register early, spaces are limited!

Holiday Camp

Spend Holiday break with your friends at the Y. All camp days will be full of exciting games, sports, and arts & crafts. Just a reminder: appropriate clothing with a packed lunch, water bottle and extra snack for the afternoon.

Holiday Basketball Camp

Join the Y this holiday season and learn the sport that the Y invented!

Summer Camp

Summer is coming soon. Summer Camp registration begins March 1 for members.

Y - TEENS gives teens a place to be where they can socialize, play games or further develop life skills by volunteering or taking a leadership class.

Leader’s Club

Enjoy volunteering? Need community service hours? Join Y Leader's Club! Leader's Club is a nationwide program that gives teens unique opportunities in leadership and social development, community service, personal growth, and fun social events. This is a teen lead club advised by Y staff and adult volunteers.

DAYS: Wednesdays
TIME: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
COST: Y Member $25, Non-Member $45

*Other special activities and events are scheduled on a monthly basis.

HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY AT THE Y!

Come celebrate your birthday at the Y. We have three packages to choose from. All packages include a Party Attendant to help set-up, activities and clean-up after the birthday party.

Adventure Party

DAYS: Saturday or Sunday
TIME: 2 hour parties
AGES: 5 - 13 years old

Party Package Includes:
• 1 hour - Gym (half court, three hoops)
• 1 hour - Family Activity Center (party, cake and food supplied by participant)

COST:
For 18 children - Maximum 30 children permitted
Y Member $250, Non-Member $325

Additional guest (over 18 children): $5 each
1 dozen balloons: $10
*Parents may bring decorations, food, cake, and goody-bags for the kids. Party prices include a party attendant to help set-up, during, and clean-up after the birthday party.
ALL party fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Lil’ Adventure Parties

DAYS: Saturday or Sunday
AGES: 2 - 4 years old
TIME: 1½ hour parties

Party Package Includes:
• ½ hour - Gym games
• ¾ hour - Family Activity Center Crafts (party, cake and food supplied by participant)

COST: For 10 children
Y Member $155, Non-Member $170
Additional guest (over 10 children): $7 each
