We encourage every member to schedule an appointment for a FREE orientation. A basic design program will be tailored specifically for you based on your height, weight and current fitness level. You will also be provided with training on the setup and use of the strength equipment.
Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled at the Wellness Center Desk. Members age 10-12 are required to attend a wellness orientation before using the Wellness Center with a parent. Members 13 years and older may use the wellness center without parent after completing a wellness orientation.

A strength & conditioning based class that is fully optioned to cater to all fitness levels. This class incorporates a high intensity interval training system that utilizes various challenging resistance training exercises and high energy sports movements, pushing you to your limits, to shape and strengthen the entire body and increase your overall fitness and conditioning.
Is an intense strength and conditioning class that includes dumbells, core workand plyometrics.
This class is designed to enhance the mind/body connection and can influence how you feel emotionally and physically. This practice can improve posture and muscle definition, promote a sense of well being and relieve stress and anxiety.
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations to dance your worries away. It’s fun and easy to do and is not only great for the body, but great for the mind.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Your Personal Trainer will customize a program that will provide variety and challenge you to achieve your personal best. Friends and family who are on a similar fitness level can share an hour of personal training. Partner personal training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. Your Personal Trainer will provide you with individualized instruction and supervision.
