Cycling is the ultimate workout to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned participant, you’ll love the all-terrain ride because you are in control of the speed and resistance.
Guidelines: Reserve your place in cycling at the Welcome Center 30 minutes prior to class. All participants must provide a pass to the instructor prior to class beginning to ensure your place in class. If you are new to cycling, please inform the instructor so they can assist you in setting your bike to the proper settings. It is recommended to wear cycling shorts for added protection. Please bring a towel and plenty of water.
