Y Youth Sports are based on the concept that fair play is the very essence of competition.
Everybody should have an equal opportunity to compete and a fair chance to win.
This fundamental virtue is a special inherent attribute of Y sports programs.
Tiny Tots gives children the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of sports while participating in a social and welcoming environment. Sports such as Soccer, T-Ball and Basketball are taught to children ages 2-5 years old. Without scores or referees the children are able to learn the basic skills without pressure. Children participating emerge with the skills necessary to participate at the next level. Sessions run monthly.

After-School Sports gives children the opportunity to learn and participate in fun, recreational games like kickball, dodge ball, soccer and flag football. Children participate in non-competitive sports and learn teamwork and incorporate fitness into their lives. Children are divided up by age and everyone is given the opportunity to participate. Children participating emerge with the skills and confidence necessary to advance to the next level.

Join the Men’s 5-on-5 Basketball League. Meets on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Sheinberg Family YMCA of Weston’s indoor main court. Team roster should have a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 5 players. Fee includes 8 games plus playoffs, offi- cials and NEW Reversible Team Jersey’s.
